1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1/4 cups sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tsbp ground cumin
salt and pepper
1/4 cup plus 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
4 skinless, boneless chicken breast tenders

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375°F.
In a large bowl, combine all but 2 tbsp of olive oil and the chicken.  Mix well.
