On Weight Watchers


Many of the recipes here have been discovered or created while I have been following Weight Watchers’ Winning Points, Flex Points, or “No Counting” Core Plans.

I have tried to mark those that frequented my kitchen while I was doing Winning Points or Flex Points by sorting them into the “Diet-Friendly” category. I have not included Points because I have found that depending on the brands of various ingredients the Points can wildly differ with each batch. I encourage everyone to always double check any Points found on the Web.

Those dishes I have become fond of since starting Core have been sorted into the “WW Core-Friendly” category. For the most part they are made completely with ingredients from Weight Watcher’s Core List. However, please double check ingredients and possible Points values.
