		<description>I don&#039;t remember where I originally got this recipe, but I just make it for dinner and the whole thing went in the garbage.  I&#039;m sorry, but it was gross.  Maybe it was the salsa I used.  I know it&#039;s there to add some kick, but the tomato flavoring was way too strong.  What a waste of chicken, salsa, and peanut butter.  If you want a healthy peanut chicken recipe try the Szechuan Chicken recipe in Weight Watchers Take Out Tonight cook book.  Sorry, I&#039;m just trying to save someone else from dumping a bunch of food in the trash.</description>
