Serves 6 – 8.
Ingredients:
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 1 cap almond extract
- 1 can cherry pie filling, chilled
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, mix cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, and extract until well blended and mostly smooth.
- Pour cream mixture into pie crust and smooth top.
- Chill overnight in the refrigerator.
- Top with cherry pie filling before serving.
Variations:
This would be yummy with strawberry pie filling too.

My childhood memory of my favorite desert “Cherry O Cream Cheese Pie” has been coming to my mind. But I have long time since lost my recipe. I found this site by accident looking for it. This has to be it! Chocolate cake was always my birthday cake of choice unit Mom made Cherry O Cream Cheese Pie for me one year, and then it was birthday pie every year there after. It’s oh so simple, easy, and fast (except for the chilling part, cause you want to eat it now) and oh so yummy.

I thought I would make this for my husband and some of his friends and couldn’t find the receipe anyplace. Thanks for posting it.
