Cyberludite’s Tips
Using the oven seems to reduce the amount of “burnt” Velveeta that nuking creates.
Add one of the smaller sized blocks of Velveeta to help thin the mix a bit.
For something milder and probably less leftovers use normal or mild Rotel.
Another option would be to mix the Rotel and the liquid from the can with the ground beef while browning. This will infuse the flavor into the beef and help mellow out the Rotel.
Cyberludite’s Serving Tips
Serve with Frito “Scoops” type chips.
