As I’m trying to introduce more health-minded food into my diet, I’m always on the look-out for something tasty to try. Baked tofu is my current favorite snack or salad topping.
In my grocery with the other soy products, I discovered that White Wave sells Thai Style and Italian Style marinated baked tofu. It’s already drained, marinated, and baked so you can just cut open the package, dice, slice, heat, or whatever, and eat.
I find that one package is two hearty servings though the nutritional info claims it’s four.
Eat it warm or cold with a salad or pasta. Yum! I like it right out of the package myself.
