My friend KH finds it humorous that despite all my culiinary know-how and my love of all things kitchen related, I have never quite got the hang of making hard-boiled eggs. They’re always under-cooked or over-cooked. Nothing like watching an egg white spilling into boiling water.
Needless to say, I’ve missed out on healthy homemade versions of egg salad and deviled eggs and no hard-boiled eggs topping my salads. I’m sure you see the tragedy of all of this. ![]()
Anyway, I recently purchased as an impulse buy The Eggcellent Cooker from AsSeenOnTV.com and I couldn’t be more delighted. It’s easy to use and you get perfect eggs every time.
(On a side note, the more eggs you cook at once (up to 7), the less time it seems to take but the harder the boil you desire, the more time it’ll take. As a result, hard-boiling one egg to the max will take the longest time.)
Now, I just have to find some spare cabinet space to store it in. ![]()
