Ingredients:
- cooking spray
- 16 oz chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1/2 tsp chili pepper
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Mix seasonings in a small bowl.
- Toss chickpeas in seasoning mix.
- Spread chickpeas on baking sheet.
- Roast chickpeas on bottom rack of oven, turning every 15 minutes, until brown and crunchy, about 45 – 50 minutes.
- Cool before serving.
Variations
Instead of chili powder, use 1/4 tsp Slenda and 1/4 tsp cinnamon.
Or use whatever spices suit your fancy
