Ingredients:

  • 14 oz whole wheat spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 cups white mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/2 cups onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cups black olives, chopped
  • 42 oz crushed tomatoes with puree
  • 2 tbs Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp sugar substitute

Instructions:

  1. Cook spaghetti as directed on box.
  2. Brown ground beef in skillet; drain.
  3. Add garlic, onion, and mushrooms to the beef. Cook until onion is translucent.
  4. Add tomatoes, olives, seasoning and splenda; stir well.
  5. Allow to cook until heated through.
  6. Serve sauce over spaghetti noodles.

Serving Suggestions
Serve with a side salad and top with Parmesan cheese.
