Servings: 4
Ingredients:
- 4 chicken breasts, skinless, boneless
- 1/2 package low-sodium taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup Salsa
- 4 Tbs sour cream, fat-free
Instructions:
- Put Chicken in the bottom of a crockpot.
- Top Chicken with Seasoning and salsa.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve with 3 tablespoons of sour cream on top of each chicken breast.
