Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp lemon juice, divided
- 1/2 cup fat-free plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tsp seafood seasoning
- 1 lb skinnless salmon fillets, divided into four portions
- 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions:
- Combine 1/2 tbsp lemon juice, yogurt, and dill in a bowl. Set in refrigerator until ready to use.
- Drizzle the remaining lemon juice over salmon and season salmon on both sides.
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with oil and set over a medium heat.
- Add salmon and cook until just opaque in the center, about 4 minutes on each side.
- Serve topped with sauce.
