I found this 31.7oz jar of orange, green, and wheat couscous in the International isle of my grocery store just by chance. The thought of couscous with sundried tomato and spinach made my tummy leap with joy. After all, if you take three good things and put them together then isn’t it three-times as good and yummy?
As a side dish, I found this to be lacking in flavor, however. It certainly doesn’t stand alone. If you buy it, plan on adding seasoning or serve with a bean or meat topping.

Maybe not, but it certainly goes on, under and with EVERYTHING. I add even add it to some soups when they need an extra dash of pizzazz. And I love the fact I can use as little or as much as I need. Now, if only I could remember which store had carried it! I’m almost out. (Which is how I found this comment.)
