Pumpkin Fluff

Servings: 4

Ingredients:

  • 15 oz canned pumpkin
  • 1 cup fat-free whipped topping
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 1 box fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
  • 1/2 cups skim milk or soy milk

Instructions:

  1. Blend all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Refrigerate for an hour to set.
