Ingredients:
- 15 oz canned pumpkin
- 1 cup fat-free whipped topping
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg
- 1 box fat-free sugar-free instant vanilla or cheesecake pudding mix
- 1/2 cups skim milk or soy milk
Instructions:
- Blend all ingredients in a small bowl.
- Refrigerate for an hour to set.
