Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef, lean
- 2 cups spaghetti sauce
- 2 oz mozzarella cheese, part skim milk, shredded
- 10 oz pizza dough, refrigerated
- cooking spray
- mushroom, optional
- spinach, optional
Instructions:
- Brown the meat in a skillet and drain.
- Add the spaghetti sauce and heat until warm.
- in a 9×13 pan, spray with cooking spray and stretch pizza dough on the bottom.
- Cover dough with half of the cheese.
- Pour meat mixture into pan.
- Bake at 415F for 12 minutes.
- Add the remaining cheese to the top and bake another 5 minutes.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Cook’s Note
This does not freeze well — the crust is somewhat soggy upon reheating after being frozen.
