Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup whole wheat spaghetti, broken in 1″ bits
- 3/4 cup brown rice
- 2 cups vegetable broth
Instructions:
- Put oil in suace pan. Turn heat on to medium.
- Add pasta and rice; brown for 3 to 5 minutes, stirring regularly.
- Add broth; stir. Heat to boiling.
- Reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes or until liquid is absorbed.
- Fluff rice with fork.
