Makes 24
Ingredients:
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of sugar
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking/baking spray.
- Mix everything in mixing bowl until well blended.
- Use a spoon to divide the cookies into 24 drops on cookie sheet. Use back of spoon to gently “flatten” each drop.
- Bake 12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Transfer to baking rack to cool.
Variation
Add a Hershey’s Kiss in the center of each cookie either before or after baking.
