No-Bake Pumpkin Cheesecake

Servings: 12

Ingredients:

  • 1 graham cracker pie crust
  • 8 oz Lowfat Cream Cheese
  • 8 oz fat-free whipped topping
  • 12 oz pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions:

  1. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, cool whip, and extract. Blend well.
  2. Stir in Pumpkin. Blend Well.
  3. Pour into crust.
  4. Chill 2-4 hours or until ready to serve.
