- Ingredietns
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, diced
- 8oz sliced mushrooms
- 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 TBS worcestershire Sauce
- 1 can low-fat cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup low-fat sour cream
- 1 tsp parsley
Instructions:
- Crumple and brown ground beef in skillet.
- Drain fat after beef is browned.
- Add onions, mushrooms, and celery to beef in skillet. Saute until onions and celery are slightly transparent.
- Add garlic, salt, pepper, and worcestershire sauce to beef mixture.
- Add mushroom soup, sour cream, and parsley. Stir well and cook until heated through.
Serving Suggestion
Serve over rice or egg noodles.

Mom’s Stroganoff
I often add Sherry and Tony Chachere’s.
Also I have always added parsley just efore serving
