Ingredients:
- 3 cans chicken or vegetable broth, low-fat
- 1 can diced tomatoes with chilies
- 32 oz frozen veggies
- 8 oz Velveeta Light, cubed
Instructions:
- Dump the first 3 ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil.
- When veggies are cooked, remove from heat.
- Add cheese and stir until melted.
Cook’s Suggestion
Puree this in a blender once finished to make a creamy version.
