Serves 4.
Ingredients:
- 4 large Gala apples peeled, cored, sliced or coarsely chopped
- 2/3 cup Splenda
- 1-2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp vanilla
- 1 cup boiling water
Instructions:
- Mix sliced apples with Splenda, and cinnamon until evenly
coated. Put mixture in crockpot. - Pour lemon juice over apples and add vanilla.
- Add boiling water.
- Cook on high for one hour.
Serving Suggestions
Top with 2 tbsp fat-free Cool Whip or 1/2 cup low-fat vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt.Or serve over a cup of fat-free plain yogurt.
