Serves 1
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fat free plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp instant coffee (or to taste)
- 2 tbsp Splenda (optional or to taste)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a 2 cup refrigerator-safe dish.
- Blend well.
- Eat or refirgerate overnight.
