Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 cups cream of mushroom soup, reduced-fat
- 3/4 cup salsa
- 3/4 cup sour cream, fat-free
- 1 Tbs chili powder
- 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cups chicken, cubed
- 12 corn tortillas, cut into 1 inch strips
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, lowfat, shredded
- green onion, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Mix all ingredients except cheese together in a bowl.
- In a 2-Quart shallow baking dish, add mixture with cheese.
- Bake for 40 min.
