Ingredients:
- 32oz nonfat plain yogurt
- 1oz box of Sugar-free fat-free butterscotch instant pudding mix
- 4 red apples, cored and diced
- 1/2 cup applesauce.
Instructions:
- Mix yogurt and pudding mix in a large bowl. Blend well.
- Fold apples and applesauce into yogurt mixture.
- Refrigerate overnight.
Cook’s Notes
I recommend using small apples, any kind you like — I prefer Fuji apples due to their sweet crunchiness. This recipe easily makes more than 8 cups.
I used an apple wedger to cut down on the preparation time with the apples.
