- Instructions
- 1 1/3 cups sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup candy-coated baking bits
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Lightly spray 8″x8″ baking pan with nonstick coooking spray.
- In large bowl combine all dry ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Add remaining ingredients and mix until well blended.
- Spread mixture into baker.
- Bake 35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- Remove from oven; cool completely. Cut into squares.

I made thses with Skor candy bits and I placed a couple of white chocolate unsweetened chunks into half the dish and these were absolutely the most moist, delecatable, salicious vittles I have ever made.
