Serves 6
Ingredients:
- 2-1/2 tablespoons bulgur wheat
- 2 1/2 tablespoons brown rice
- 2 tablespoons barley
- 2 tablespoons quinoa
- 2 tablespoons cornmeal
- 1/4 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup diced apple
- 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 3 cups water
- 1 tablespoons vanilla extract
Instructions:
- Combine ingredients in crockpot.
- Mix well.
- Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
- Stir before serving and add more water if needed.
- Serve hot.
