6-Grain Crockpot Breakfast

Serves 6

Ingredients:

  • 2-1/2 tablespoons bulgur wheat
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons brown rice
  • 2 tablespoons barley
  • 2 tablespoons quinoa
  • 2 tablespoons cornmeal
  • 1/4 cups rolled oats
  • 1 cup diced apple
  • 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 tablespoons vanilla extract

Instructions:

  1. Combine ingredients in crockpot.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
  4. Stir before serving and add more water if needed.
  5. Serve hot.
